The view! It’s sooooo good. Iona was very helpful, I had called her several times to ask for random information. There are fruits in the hallway for guests, which is great!

The breakfast was delicious, traditional Scottish, smoked haddock, kippers, fresh fruit , pancakes or continental. The hotel was exceptional, the linens, furnishings, and excellent customer service. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - absolutely fabulous!

He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We needed a ride into town, and Michael graciously offered to help. Not only did he arrange a ride for us, but he also went the extra mile by speaking with the bus driver to ensure there was room for us, despite the uncertainty. He even waited with us until we were safely on board. This level of care and dedication is rare, and it made our stay at the Falls of Lora truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay, coupled with outstanding service. Thank you, Michael, for making our trip so enjoyable!
