Jimmy lit up the place with his genuine attention with everyone there, kids and dog included. He made balloon animals for the kids and had treats for the dog. He was a blast. The other staff were very friendly and courteous as well. We had a family suite room, and it was clean and spacious with amazing views of the loch. Waking up with the beach view and hearing the water was very relaxing. The underfloor heating was amazing too.
