We had a spacious and elegantly furnished room with large well appointed bathroom including bath and shower, both room and bathroom were spotless. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and we were able to arrange a slightly earlier check in which was very helpful for us. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and has ample parking. Breakfast was fantastic a great variety offered including vegetarian options and delicious porridge! Would highly recommend and certainly stay again next time in Ireland

    the luxury reception and leisure centre were absolutely a bliss to use. staff were absolutely amazing I paid for a basic room and planned to propose to my partner the hotel took the proposal on board gifted us with chocolates a congratulations card chocolate covered strawberries and congratulations plate with a room upgrade fully complimentary and an early check in. the staff were absolutely amazing at all times and are a credit to the hotel.

    The staff were outstanding from check in to the Bar staff to house keeping. Especially Les in the Bar that served us lunch. The suite we stayed in was fabulous and so comfortable. We got a complimentary upgrade - it was my birthday and I received fabulous bouquet of flowers and some fresh treats from the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious - staff as professional and helpful as expected. Lovely views during breakfast also. The hotel is beautifully styled with plenty of areas and couches to relax

    The food was lovely. I enjoyed my spa treatments I got it was so relaxing and the hot tub/jacuzzi was lovely and relaxing. Staff was lovely and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
