We had some great discussions at the breakfast (which was pretty basic but enough).
- The house is located on a farm full of sheep which was nice to look at, at all times
- The bathroom was clean
- The kitchen is very well equipped with everything u might need to heat meals or cook them
- The shared space was good (although we were the only ones there that night, so we kind of enjoyed the whole house for ourserlves)

It was great to be able to use the well-equipped kitchen to cook dinner and there was plenty of space in the beautiful living room to eat and relax in the evening, with stunning views over the valley below. You can relax in the hot tube with very nice view, it’s great after a long way and before the next intensive day. We stayed there for one night, before our trip to Western Fiords. It has been renovated and finished in 2011. The living room is furnished with historic charm, with a great view over the property, and a porch. We had most of the guesthouse to ourselves in March and stayed in a nice spacious room on the ground floor with a desk, which was quite the luxury! The pleasant wall colors and ample natural light in the room create a welcoming ambiance. The window offers a lovely view, and the simple, light breakfast, personally served by the owner, adds a personal touch. The minimal light pollution makes it an excellent spot for catching the Northern Lights when conditions align.
