Perfect location and great staff! The room was large and very comfortable and clean. Coffee and snacks included and everything you need is nearby. Coffee downstairs , the Duomo is 10 minutes walk.

Staff was wonderful, there is also a metro station right outside the hotel and you can easily access the city or Linate airport in 10-15mins. They even give you a pillow menu. Everything was amazing!

Shopping is extremely convenient, with all the luxury boutiques just a few steps away. The breakfast is delicious, delicate, and healthy—I really enjoy it. The hotel looks even better and more exquisite than in the photos. I love the room and bathroom space, especially the bathtub. The quality of the toiletries is excellent, with a very pleasant scent and they are very effective. The hotel staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Although the restaurant at this hotel has limited seating, I highly recommend dining here. The food is much better than nearby top-tier five-star hotels. The chef's skill is unforgettable. It's truly warm and delicious Italian cuisine. Next time I'm in Milan, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Old school Grand Hotel. Have always enjoyed staying here when in Milan. Staff is very attentive (though less so than before Covid hit). The hotel rooms are well appointmented and oppulently furnished. The location is an easy walking distance to the shopping district.
