Very good location, direct bus between Venice-Padova, bus stop is closed to the hotel. Bus ticket is available at the reception. Breakfast was fine. (We only missed vegetables). Very nice rooms with unique furniture. It was very pleasure to stay here. The host, Michaela was kind and helpfull. Thanks for all sercive 😊

Breakfast was good and i enjoyed clean glass bottles and you could have 3 type of water to drink and take with you on your room . The staff was very informative and helpful suggesting what to see in the closest areas.

A very kind, accommodating, and communicative owner who will help you with various tips about the surroundings and Venice. The owner has excellent English knowledge. The room is decently furnished, clean, and comfortable, good size (and we were not even in the biggest room), and climatization works well. The bathroom is excellent. The breakfast is very good and served in a very reasonable morning time span. Car parking is excellent and is private. The accommodation itself has a very good location since the train station is easily reachable by car. A train ticket costs 2.90 EUR/person and I recommend buying it online (via a Trenitalia app or website) since ticket machines are not reliable at the station. Trains are very comfortable in Italy, they will bring you directly to Venice. Several shopping centers with good prices are also nearby (we bought there great wines and other food products).
