Great modern hotel with all the amenities! Beautiful spacious room, large bathroom and perfect cleanliness everywhere. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Venice Mestre station was about a 10 minute walk, also 3-5 minutes away were many cafes, a large supermarket and a great inexpensive breakfast place.

Modern design. Cozy. Air conditioner works well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I called in midnight and they answered and fixed everything immediately. The breakfast is so good even with fresh baked cake.

Very nice hotel, great reception. Beds are very confortable.The plus is that we can buy tickets at the hotel to take the bus straight to Venezia. The bus stop is near the hotel which is great.

Very flexible staff. We arrived at 9.30 AM and we wanted to change the breakfast plan. In fact we took the breakfast in first day and we renounced at the breakfast in last day. The receptionist discussed with cleaning personal and pay attention to our room. At 10.30AM was ready for accomodation. Very quiet area.

The place is lovely and located in a calm but well connected neighborhood. The room is spacious, quiet, clean and well-equipped.
