Everything was good. Location is nice. They help for you how to find a parking spot nearby. The hotel rooms could look like bit old but everything is fine and clean. We did not made breakfast I can't say anything for it. The reception was very good.

The hotel is close to the main attractions of Parma. Everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms had large balconies. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Parking is provided by the hotel, next door, underground. Responsive staff. We liked everything.

Loved the room and facilities, bedroom and bathroom was clean and organised. Very spacious. Staff were very nice to put a cot in the room, also clean and bad pillow and sheets. We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back to visit Parma and would love to stay here again.
