I very nice hotel, with a beautifull garden, located within few minutes walk from San Marco square. Especially for families is an excellent choice. Polite people working there and a breakfast that made us all happy.

Very cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the fact that the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bus station it is located in a quite and beatiful place. Our room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the canal. The room was clean and nice.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Very good location, a few minutes walk from the centre. The stuff were amazing and so helpfull whenever I needed help (and since it's Venice I needed quite a lot of help). The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.
