As soon I stepped to the hotel, their service begun and hatiam. The receptionist provided a great service throughout my four days whatever I need to have requested he was there. I think the Hotel represents him as a great customer service provided and I’m going back again just because he works there.

The location was literally the best ever as it is a 5 minutes walk to the Beach. Breakfast was excellent with à beautiful sea view. The staff were the most efficient and friendliest I have ever encountered..Each member of staff was helpful and so courteous. Excellent breakfast with freshly made coffee..and Moroccan Tea..The Breakfast is run by a super efficient waiter who smiles at every guest..Lots of choices and freshly made omelettes...Leave room for the over supply of freshly made cakes!! The location was really central within a short walk of the Medina and all the small cafes and beautiful Ice Cream Parlours...Lots of restaurants nearby..

Just amazing and tasty. Located right in the heart of Tètouan. If you're considering a comfortable and relaxing time, then don't think twice. Just go with El Reducto. The place is heavenly, made me feel like a king.

Amazing stay, staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was outstanding with everything thing you could wish for. Good breakfast with varied choice each day. We had a meal at the Saffron Restaurant which was excellent. Had a massage at the Spa which was 10/10 also, thanks to Sri. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tamouda Bay.
