Jacuzzi with thermal mineral water in our apartment was a great pleasure to have - main source of our relax. Breakfast is nice and with variety of options. SPA and pools are clean and with nice temperature. SPA might feel rather small for the first, but this is okay, as the hotel has free access to bigger pools and SPA at Frushka Terme hotel (as it is one network)

The staff were incredible, really went above and beyond and helpful beyond words. The breakfast every morning was a delightful spread of local Serbian food and wasn't lacking at all. I've stayed in alot of hotels and I would put this up there with 5 star. For the price and the service I wouldn't stay anywhere else whenever in novi sad. 10/10

It’s exquisite, living like royalty , everything was sparkling clean , old furniture but it just adds to the flavour of a palace , bed was comfortable , queen size but very comfortable . The staff was awesome always smiling , always helpful . The location 100/10 best place in town . Great stay all in all !
