Lovely quiet centrally located hotel. This hotel has charm that you don’t often find in hotels nowadays. Staff were very helpful, friendly and relaxed and there is delicious cake available with the complimentary coffee in the lobby each day. Would certainly recommend and will stay there again for our next visit.

Splendid! It felt like living a long-held dream - to step back in time to the Belle Epoque. We loved it - the furnishings and design are even more beautiful than the photos. Attention to detail is spectacular. Breakfast was amazing.

Hotel Pigalle was heaven on the Gothenburg earth. Everything was sublime, from the first encounter at the reception to a blissful night in the hotel room, which was full of beauty & pleasure. A divine place for a lover of antique books and work of art for interior decoration. The room and its surroundings were carefully and heartfully designed to satisfy an aesthetically minded customer. To top it all up, the breakfast was a celebration of all senses, with an abundant treat of delicacies combined with a truly cosy atmosphere, not forgetting the warmth and light of a live fireplace and beautiful sofas by Svensk Tenn. If I ever go back to Gothenburg, Hotel Pigalle is a sure choice. Must confess that Hotel Pigalle made Gothenburg seem like a rather tempting choice for one's future travel destinations.

I received help the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. I walk with a cane and find it difficult to carry items from the buffet to my table but each morning a waitress carried the tray to my table and brought coffee to me over at my table. The staff ar the front desk called to wake me each morning and helped me with my luggage. Hotel Flora felt like a home.

Very friendly upon arrival - helpful when dealing with questions - super comfortable bed - great bed linen which aided for a really good nights sleep -we appreciated all the extras like socks , robes , toiletries and coffee in the rooms - the choice at breakfast was amazing - all the staff we came into contact with were attentive to our every need - staff arranged a taxi to pick us up early in the morning - the special touch was the xmas chocolate upon departure - Thank you to the team that was on shift 😊
