The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre. All rooms feature an entertainment system with a flat-screen TV, a hot tub, and gym equipment on request. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff as soon as we arrived. The junior suite was very large, clean and had a lot of charm due to the old wooden floors in combination with modern elements. Every wish was fulfilled immediately and we would like to express our special thanks to the reception and especially Kaltrina, who made us feel at home at all times. We will definitely be back. Their sincerity and kindness really stood out. The location is excellent. Zurich HB station is within walking distance, along with many other key places in the city. The room was spotless and very comfortable. On rainy days, I was able to borrow an umbrella from the front desk and return it after my walk. The hotel felt like a destination of its own. It was vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. It was an amazing environment to be in.
