Guests can enjoy the free WiFi in the public areas as well as in the room. Nadri was fantastically kind, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate us. I loved her. Hossam who cleaned our room was lovely as well. So friendly and kind. In fact, everybody was incredibly friendly. The view of the Nile from our 8th floor room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet at Culina was one of the best I have ever eaten at a hotel (and we have eaten many). And we thought the food at Bab el-Sharq was delicious. All in all, wonderful service and a very happy stay.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful — they carried our luggage and even gave us a room upgrade! The hotel is located in the best area of the city, close to restaurants, shopping centers, museums, and the American and British embassies. It also has an excellent Turkish restaurant called Osmanly — the food was divine! At night, it’s a very quiet place, perfect for sleeping without the city’s honking. I highly recommend this hotel!
