The room was very spacious, clean and cozy with a nice terrace with great views of the port and island. It had all the amenities we needed. I liked that the hotel was structured like a tiny Greek village. It was very close to the port and just a 10-15 minutes walk to chora. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, which makes it very accessible to the beaches and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Just 500 metres from Gialos Beach, Olga guesthouse features a swimming pool with sun loungers. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or garden. It was a supper clean room. Very nice and helpful staff and owner! Close to the beach and bus stops and ferry. Breakfast was great. All together was a 10 for me.

Exceptionally clean, brilliant staff Elizabeth was so helpful and an excellent location. Super close to old town.

Petra Holiday Village is a complex of 17 small villas amphitheatrically built on a hillside next to Ormos beach, with breathtaking views to the sea, Agia Eirini church and the Chora of Ios. We had a fabulous family stay at Petra Holiday Village. The online photos do not do it justice. Gorgeous views from our room and patio. Excellent location...quiet but close enough to everything we needed. Extremely clean. I have rarely met such a lovely host as Lisa. She was so welcoming, so professional, with a wonderful personal touch. The free collection and drop offs from the ferry were a great bonus, as we did not witness this anywhere else during our visit to the islands.

Aegeon Hotel enjoys a prime waterfront location in the centre of Mylopotas Beach in Ios.It features a swimming pool with hydromassage jets and a pool bar. Hotel Aegean is a fantastic locally owned and run hotel. Friendly and helpful each day. The location is outstanding opposite the beach, peaceful away from the party locations and bus stops outside entrance. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance.
