We had a pleasent stay in Casa assunta. The views were gorgeus and the staff made us welcome from the beginning of our stay. The location was great and it was easy to explore Saint’Angelo and nearby locations.

Albergo Il Monastero offers accommodation in a fortress on the island of Ischia with panoramic views. The hotel has a terrace and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Amazing hotel! Staying in a castle with this view was simply incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend staying there.

Breakfast on the terrace was an international feast thoughtfully prepared by our wonderful host, Christian. It included Italian cornettis, German yogurts, fresh fruits and juices, cereals and muesli from various countries, homemade jams and jellies, and the fluffiest scrambled eggs made with local ingredients. The coffee and tea bar was exceptional, offering various drink choices that made me return for more. Picture this - a mesmerizing view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the charm of Sant Angelo, all of it visible through a beautiful pergola covered in vibrant bougainvilleas. The view is so stunning that it will leave you spellbound.

Everything was perfect! The location was absolutely dreamy and beautiful – just like in the photos, or even better. The host was incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel truly welcome from the start. All the staff were fantastic – always friendly and helpful. They even arranged a smooth transfer for us from the accommodation to the port when needed, which made our stay very confortable. A very beautiful place where I would love to come back.
