The rooms are very nice with beautiful antique furniture, bed couldn‘t be more comfortable. The hotel includes the delicious restaurant Piedra y Sal providing a perfect breakfast with multiple options and a nice tiny bar. Amazing Spa-area with high-level massages in beautiful rooms. And still, the by far best about this place is the friendly staff, especially Oscar and his colleagues at the reception, always there for any questions and happy to help with any doubts. Absolutely recommendable!

The inn features parquet floors and colonial-style furniture. There are colonial decorative details and scenic Spanish galleries with a seating area featuring a fireplace and overlooking the city. A beautiful hotel in a really nice place, a few meters from the main square. Great panoramic view of Cusco directly from the room, very nice staff, comfortable but a little cramped room next to the bed, very clean environment and excellent care. We really appreciated being able to keep our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu and after so we could prepare for our next trip around South America and wait at the hotel for the night bus departure. Thank you again. Despite the small shortcomings that can be survived, we would choose this hotel again, we highly recommend it. Today, after completing a large part of the journey in South America, we really confirm it.

It offers colonial-style accommodation and free WiFi. The Costa del Sol chain features hotels in the 7 most important cities in Perú. It's very convenient, very close to the main attractions, and the breakfast is different every day, which I like very much. The waiters and doormen here are very professional and kind. Especially Dennis, the receptionist at the front desk. I will stay here again next time.

The staff's customer service is excellent. They are prepared and willing to go beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The breakfast spread with fresh fruit, natural juices, and yogurt amongst other choices was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay at Cusco.
