We had an exceptional experience Futari Shizuka. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely Japanese ladies who personally showed us to our rooms and made tea for us, and offered local Japanese snacks. We had a lovely chat, albeit limited English from them. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, food and service were awesome! We had a birthday celebration and they prepared a lovely cake for us. We had such a wonderful stay that we are still reminiscing weeks after our trip.

Yugo the manager and all the staff where so helpful. Even picked us up directly from the supermarket. There is a free shuttle to the station back and forth. The hotel has an amazing onsan!!! We loved finishing our day in the hot water. Free coffee or tea 24/7. Very big room.

Amazing surroundings and mountain view, piece and quiet vibe. The room is traditional Japanese with tatamis and we haven’t slept so well anywhere else in our Japan travel. The bath was clean and we were the only people there so each of us had a small private onsen :) The breakfast was great, with miso soup and rice.
