Excellent stay at Takitei, the best of our trip to Japan in April 2025. Warm hospitality throughout, complete with very delectable dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend the Japanese style room with private onsen, you can even feed the koi fishes from the room. The room also had views of the private garden with the cherry blossoms, making it a very dreamy scene. Dinner and breakfast were on point, and there's even complimentary drinks in the evening and noodles at night. I don't think any other hotel room or hospitality can top this, would definitely return to stay in the future.t

Lovely modern stylish place to stay comfortably in Kanazawa down a small, unassuming street. Everything is thought about! So many things we appreciated: The smart bath which fills up by the touch of a button and talks The bath salts to go with said bath The yukata to relax after said bath or sleep in Washing machine, detergent and dry rack The freshener spray The battery powered light to put by the bed so you don't have to walk to the bed in darkness The electric blankets and many ways of heating the rooms The 'bath towels' in packets to use in the bath/shower, these were really great to clean ourselves with The shoe horn and stand The drip coffee packets

Such a beautiful accommodation! Very clean (loved the incense as well), spacious and peaceful. The staff was super friendly, I felt very welcome. Food and drinks were delicious and the private onsen was very relaxing. Definitely one of the highlights of my Japan trip. Please stay here if you're planning on visiting Kanazawa!

The location was great, right around the corner from Kanazawa Castle, 7 eleven right behind too Would recommend eating at Akiyoshi and definitely visit Kenrokuen garden Bungo is really friendly and was exceptionally welcoming and provided us with a map of the district and where to visit
