United KingdomWe felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the futons were comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The highlight was definitely the outdoor onsen. Not too hot so we could stay in a long time and relax.
