Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area.

The panoramic lake views and a cosy fireplace await guests in the lobby. Guests can rewind in the spacious hot spring bath, or reserve a smaller private bath at an extra charge. Rakuyu gave us a very good experience in our Kawaguchiko stay. Our room had the best view of the lake, the cocktails were heavy enough to replace dinner! And the shuttle from hotel to Kawaguchiko station made our stay easier to navigate. The private onsen was also a great experience (with a small additional cost).

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Love everything, especially our in-room staff Mutsumi. She made tea for us and prepared us for dinner - made us feel so welcome. Dinner was the best I ever had in a hotel! We are lucky enough to see Fuji-san from our room considering it's summer. Private and public onsen are great also roof-top foot spa (get a really clear view of Fuji-san on the roof top). Breakfast buffet is perfect - alll you can drink matcha latte!! Location is great, we walked to Fuji-san rope way in the morning. Parking is free and just across the street.

八海 木花館 features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Oshino, 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland. There is a private entrance at the ryokan for the convenience of those who stay. Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. Genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Great view that looks out to Fuji, amazing food that is traditional and made with fresh produce. It’s everything you can want in a hotel and our only regret is not staying more nights here. The staff here is just beyond amazing. They went above and beyond for us, even organised a cake for my birthday. We even got to see the first snow of the season here.

At the ryokan, each unit has a tatami. Some accommodation includes a terrace with garden views, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with bidet. The units are equipped with heating facilities. The location, lodgings, staff and everything was fantastic. All things were perfectly explained in English and the staff is very approachable and kind. We had a great stay.

Located just a minute's walk from Kawaguchiko Lake, Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel offers accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko, near Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, right by the lake with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the variety each morning. A special thanks to the owner and the staff for their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond, offering to drop us at the station and even pick us up if needed—especially helpful with a toddler. Their kindness made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. We’re really grateful and can’t wait to come back!
