Perfect getaway in the mountain. Short drive from nearby swimming lake. The most hospitable and genuine hosts, we were welcomed by the entire family for a tea/coffee and treats. Our kids loved playing in their property land with other kids too. The cottage was spotless, had everything we needed for our family of 5. Well recommended!

It was just perfect! I think it's the best house we had during our road trip in Bosnia. The apartment is very big and clean. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook. Well placed with good restaurant and shops nearby. Very nice room, everything that two cyclists needed on a trip through this area. Truly the nicest family we have seen and talked to on this trip. We are english and their son spoke very good english which meant we could communicate well. They took us to a very nice restaurant nearby where we got a local delicacy, which was exactly what we wanted. I cannot stress enough how nice the people here are, and in the whole town of gacko. Nearby there is also a really good bakery, with amazing stuff for breakfast/lunch. Note: here is how to find the property, near the marker there supermarket, follow the road behind it and you will see two houses, it is the one on the left.

This apartment is gorgeous! Super comfortable bed, gorgeous little living room with comfy sofa. Fridge, cooker, kettle etc, and separate shower area. WiFi and towels were also included. Parking out front. Perfect location to hike Sutjeska National park, although my advice would be to get a 4x4 if you do want to hike around there as a lot of the roads are almost impassable by car if you want to drive to the hiking points.
