A very calm and relaxing spot in the middle of the nature. Markus the host is very welcoming and offered to cook dinner on both of our evenings, which was very delicious. We enjoyed spending time at the Hacienda together with his super cute dogs, swimming in the pool, doing close by hikes and just enjoying the calm of the surrounding nature. Its also a great place for a visit to Manuel Antonio and to avoid staying at the crowded places next to the nationalpark. We can only recommend to stay at the Hacienda and hope to be able to visit this special place again in the future! Thanks Markus for having us!

Beautiful and cosy accommodation right in the heart of nature. Through the large windows you look out into the forest and can see many animals. We were even lucky enough to have a sloth right in the tree next to our accommodation. The owners are nice and helpful. Definitely highly recommend!

beautiful location and building, a pool with a view on the ocean and a great bed! very kind host. The location is on a hill where we could see the ocean from the pool. The garden has a lot of animals and is beautiful. The room is big enough and has a large bed of good quality with good sheets. The bathroom has a bath. The host is very helpful and kind. We loved our stay!

    Lovely apartment, very clean and nice attention to detail. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and had coffee. The bedroom was very comfortable and had 2 large fans.

    Markus was a great host, which is not a given in Costa Rica. The bungalow was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the beds large. I would recommend ordering dinner in addition to breakfast. The whole place is located in the jungle where you can take a great hike to the waterfalls where no one else will disturb you. So you can go for a short trip here or just relax by the pool which is big enough for swimming. One of our best accommodations in Costa Rica and we would love to come back.
