The place is brand new, well equipped, only the frying pan is toxic forever PFAS chemical (non-stick) coated and kitchen utensils from toxic plastic, the rest is stainless steel, so perfectly usable. The entire place is of an ideal size, very clean with commercial fully adjustable AC. It was below 10C outside and the apartment was nice and toasty within 2h. Good water pressure, wifi, the lot, just a kitchen tea towel would be handy as using the provided paper towels is not very eco friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Parla. Despite being located in the suburbs, the connection to the city center was incredibly convenient. There's a direct train that takes around 30 minutes, and it runs late into the night. The round trip cost for two people was only €11.20, and the apartment is just a 10-15 minute walk from the station. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was simply excellent, fully equipped with everything we needed—from a water heater and air conditioning to a washing machine and coffee maker. Highly recommended!

INDEED THE PLACE WAS GOOD CLEAN ETC LOCATION EXCELLENT....CLOSER TO ANY ACTIVITIES YOU NEED TO DO AROUND THE AREA AND MOVING TO THE MAJOR CITY CENTRE... The hotel where you collect the keys is a good 10 minute walk. Better to drive there. The apartment was very modern and in beautiful condition. Parking on the road is not too bad and is about a 4 minute walk. No parking outside the apartment thou to drop off your cases.

Very close from Warner Park. We just needed to take a bus. Easy Very good apartment for a family. We were 7 and there was plenty of space :)

Really impressed with the size of the property. It was much bigger than I expected from the photos. The property had great facilities, and the pool/surrounded areas was nicely designed and placed. The glow-in-the-dark stickers on the light switches were really helpful. Was super clean.
