Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the river from terrace. Waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying our morning coffee in such a serene setting was truly unforgettable. The outdoor area with a fireplace was a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing evenings. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. They even helped us with recommendations for local attractions and made our stay extra special. We chose this accommodation as a layover on our trip and it went beyond our expectations! We did not expect the host to be so friendly, the food so perfect and the location so calm. If you see this and you like homemade food, wine, spirits, anything really, you need to go here. Even the animals they have are awesome. The view is amazing! If you like to enjoy tranquility and relaxation than this is the place to go! The host was very helpful and responsive, breakfast was very tasty, freshly cooked and huge! . 100% clean house , good quality towels, robes, bed sheets provided. Comfy beds and pillows. When you wake up in the morning and see the sunshine over mountains through your window - it is a real blessing! We had an amazing and caring driver to take us around thanx to Gagi - the host. The village itself is beautiful, there is a mountain river downside the village, you can walk and enjoy the blooming and pure nature. Very friendly local people.

Great people! Super friendly, helpful and open. They welcomed us and treated like a part of the family. They are also helping to arrange excursions around. Breakfast are good. The whole object is clean and nice. It's not far away from some groceries and ATM We will definitely get there back :)

The Garden Rooms location was very convenient. It is a minute walk down to one of the grocery stores (Daily), where you can find daily necessities and snacks. It's a 5-minute walk to one of the great Georgian restaurants at Magnolia Hotel. It is very close to Bagrathi Church. The place was safe, serene and clean. The bathroom is huge and has no issue with hot water, it even has a heater inside the bathroom. There was a coffee maker with a coffee pack that would make your coffee life easier. The cabin room has its AC+heater which you can switch accordingly depending on the weather outside (the owner even provides another portable heater if you prefer a more quiet one to be used at night). There was a garden in the front yard. There are cute cats who will be your daily visitors and add a more home-feel vibe to the place. The owner even shares with us some oranges and is always quick to reply to our inquiries and requests. There are chairs with tables to relax in front of each cabin to have some sun during the daytime and it has a great nook at the corner to sit if you love to read and just chill surrounded by fruit-bearing plants which are lovely to see. Communication is also very easy as the wifi works well so you can still connect to your work if you intend to do so.

We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.
