I had an amazing stay at VILLA ROKITI near Kutaisi! The chalet-villa was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy atmosphere. The surrounding river, woods, and garden were absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The peaceful location, combined with the beautiful natural scenery, created a truly refreshing experience. Everything was well-maintained, and the stay was comfortable from start to finish. Everything was perfect. The apartment has the best location in the centre but is quiet at night. It is spacious, new and very comfortable, not to mention pretty, exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is very very well equipped, the elevator is now operational and the owner very nice and responsive. This is defenitely a first 10 for me in Georgia

This flat is great for anyone wanting to explore Kutaisi. It's a good size, perfect for a couple or a small family (with 2 bedrooms and a giant livingroom. It's an easy walk to all the main sights, but is in a quieter neighbourhood. The hosts are lovely, always very helpful and offer some amazing wine and nice home-made whiskey for guests.

Spacious apartment, perfect for a family with a kid. The kitchen was well equipped, only a microwave was missing, but it was not so much trouble. Nice balcony from where we enjoyed the rain. Large bathroom with washing machine. Responsive owners.
