This villa is stunning! Stylish and spacious with all amenities you need and more. There was even a tv/gaming room which my kids loved to use after a great day at the beach or by the pool. The host gave good information beforehand, and was easily assessable during the stay. They even offered to do grocery shopping for us in advance, so we had everything we needed upon arrival. We were 9 people staying there, including 5 kids. Due to the size of the Villa we could have even been one family more and it would still have felt spacious. The location is very near little amoopi beach, which we found to be one of the best beaches on the island. Several nice restaurants in the amoopi area, and only a 10 minute taxi/bus ride if you want to go to Pigadia.

The owner of the property was such a gentleman. He upgraded our room free of charge as soon as we arrived. We told him we would be arriving earlier and he left the key with a neighbour of his so that we could check in earlier than planned. He also give us some great recommendations for beaches to visit and restaurants and tavernas to go to in the evening. I would highly recommend this property.

The hotel is amazing, a gem in Karpathos island. It is comfortably located in a hill overlooking Ammopi bay. The spacious and elegantly decorated rooms as well as the kindness of the owners provided me with an amazing and relaxing stay. When I go to Karpathos again, Althea Hotel will be my first choice for accomodation.

It is difficult to say what I liked most about this prpperty because everything was perfect. I start with the owner Helene who is the sweetest person and super hospitable, she made me feel at home. The best part was the time I spent talking to her every time I met her at the reception. She also prepares a very tasty homemade breakfast that she offers every morning, which was a really nice surprise. The hotel is located right in the centre, just around the corner from one of the public car parks where you can leave your car if you want to rent it. The hotel is located on a street with no traffic so you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet, even though it is only a two-minute walk to the main street. The room was large and well furnished. I would give a 10 for the cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the whole island. Don’t forget to bring the breakfast to the terrace … You will have the best time there

A charming family-run hotel with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The owner made us feel like part of the family from the start. The apartment was super well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and stove. Everything was spotless and clearly cared for with pride. The view from the property is absolutely fantastic—perfect for relaxing mornings or sunset evenings. We especially enjoyed the nice pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, homey atmosphere with all the comforts you could ask for.

We stayed for three nights at the brand-new Sunrise Apartments in Karpathos and had a wonderful experience. We were among the very first guests, and everything felt fresh and modern, with stylish furniture and excellent facilities. The hostess, Anna, was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything, and it offers beautiful views. Free parking is also available, making it even more convenient for those with a car.     Everything was brilliant. The studio was huge and well equipped for everything you need, with a mini kitchen. The owner, Eleftherios, was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. The location was perfect, 15 minutes walk from the main 3 beaches. I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat
