George, the property manager who is always around (and if not in person- they are available and responsive on whatsapp 24/7) to help book your taxi rides and give you interesting information about the places you plan to visit, the location (especially if you like lots of shops around, great breakfast cafes within 2-3 min walk) and the size of the room, double floor ceilings and bathrooms. You can also see the Acropolis from your balcony or terrace. It's also new, so everything works and looks pristine. Their TV is SMART TV so you get Netflix, Youtube, etc. This room had access to the common terrace on the top floor - very cool if you like hanging out under the stars with the view of the Acropolis all lit up. There's an elevator - new and works perfect.

We liked everything concerning the property. Location is really very good. Less than 5 min walk to many of the attractions, hop-buses, etc. Pantheon entry is 17 min :) The overall idea to convert whole building floor into descent apartments with all the code accesses and business flow details is very good. We liked all and I'll not repeat all already said. Now, about some not that positive moments, which might appear and cannot be considered as property issue. Generally speaking, traffic and parking in downtown Athens is a VERY specific story. While traffic specifics are bearable with some extra attention, active dynamic defensive driving and behavioral analysis of the low flying mopeds around :) finding a parking spot requires experience, reconnaissance and propitiation sacrifice to the god of parkings, which overall, we, the first time visitors to Athens don't have :) Don't underestimate :) Yes, there is a parking in the same building. Yes, in most cases, it will probably be fine. But there is a black dressed prophet of the god of parkings on your way that you have to pass. Obviously I was a sinner and I was not the chosen one :) My sin is called citroen berlingo and especially its height of 1.8m doomed it out of parking heaven. So if you are driving something different than sedan or smaller crossovers stay alerted. Until you pass your vehicle's keys to the prophet, you are not safe. Yes, in most of the parkings in Athens you will be asked to give your keys so the vehicle can be tetris-ed around the place. If you don't fit to this place, you have to continue straight ahead down the street. Turn left at the junction and keep the right lane (where might be already a queue). In less than 100m there is another parking (not the cheapest one at all) which have open space and can accommodate higher vehicles. This maneuver could cost you about 45min if you are unlucky enough.
