Central located in the city of Halkis and best point to start the daily trips to the surrounding areas. Few steps away from the promenade. Very warm welcome in the appartement by preparing cold water in the fridge and coffee (mocca and nescafe) for the first mornings. Extraordinary clean.

We rent the apartment for buisness purpose. First of all, the owner was very polite and very friendly. The apartment was outstanding and exceeded our expectations, with very nice view in the front. Moreover, the most important thing is that, we were afraid about the weather (too much cold) but the apartment due to new design was very warm. Luxury place for everyone. Most probably, the perfect combination of quite and luxury. I recommend this place, unreservedly.

Everything. The house is very well decorated and has everything you might need. The balcony is huge and perfect for a night drink. The hosts had even left some fruits and beverages for our arrival. Situated in a calm area, supermarket under the house is very convenient and parking is really easy.

Absolutely lovely, specious and clean apartment. The huge balcony area is great with few of the sea and a lovely breeze making the heat outside easier to take. A few beaches right around the corner as well as coffe shops and supermarkets. We're hoping to come back again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was freshly renovated and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail – it felt both modern and cozy. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the sea, which made it easy to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed – from kitchen essentials to little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel very welcome and taken care of. It was a perfect stay in every way, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

    Beautiful appartment . Spacious with two bedrooms , two bathrooms and a huge living room with kitchen. both rooms have balconies and the living room has another balcony with table and chairs and a gorgeous sea view. The apartment is furnished with quality furnitures. in front of the building there is a nice beach and various shops and restaurants . We had a wonderful time , highly recommended.

    In the property there is everything you need for a pleasent stay. The kitchen is big and has every utensil, the oven, coffe machine, smoothy maker, water heater.. The terrace is beautiful and has the nicest view.

    perfect, spacious apartment, kitchen was very well equipped with everyting you need (and I must say I don't write that often), we were even greeted with some delicious home made wine, I mean what more can you want? :) it was very close to the see, lovely area. We have stayed at several places during our trip to Greece but this one was definitely the best one! I wholeheartedly recommend it! oh, and our 5-year-old was absolutely enchanted by the colorful leds in the kitchen :)

    Perfect Location, right close to the city center. Everything is sparkly clean and you have everything you could possibly need in the kitchen for any cooking. The bathroom is modern and beautiful. It has a very nice and big flat screen TV. The rooms were clean, everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect for my wife and I would absolutely stay here again!

    The house was perfect for our family of 4. A master bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room and an extra child room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace was ideal for our morning coffee & breakfast. The location is also very convenient, a 10-minute walk to the center & the promenade! Finally, the owners are super friendly, responding to all our questions & needs!

    Poplar Mansion is a great place to stay in Chalcis. The location is great - Next to the sea with a great view and a little walk away from a street full of great restaurants. The apartment is large, has a kitchen and a living room in addition to two bedrooms which makes it great especially when you stay there with family. A good consistent parking lot is right next to the apartment building with a good price. The host is also very friendly and welcoming!
