The location is outstanding. A minute from the water's edge, and the sea is impossibly blue and crystal clean. Porto Kagio is still pretty quiet in July, except at weekends. A choice of tavernas, all with fresh fish. The view from the big balcony is just perfect. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. There was a fridge full of breakfast items, including fresh eggs from our hosts' own chickens. Our hosts were so kind and attentive.

He provided detailed instructions how to get to the property and waited for us once we confirmed arrival time. Everything was great. First of all location is amazing. Thats a house shaped as an ancient tower on the slope of the big mountain above the bay of the sea. Road heading to this house is scenic. Second the equipment of house is also big advantage. There are two terraces with amazing view. I am frustrated I had no more time to spend longer time there. If I will be in this region again, I will try to book this house again.

Perfect, everything about this place was just right, short drive to the point, perfect location for exploring the east Mani and the family running this place was just like an extension of ours, hospitable and so nice, we recommend this place and hope that we can one day return, thank you again Panos and family. We stayed 4 nights in Kokkala and loved our accommodation in the Old Bakery Room. The design was charming, the location perfect (right next to a small swimming beach), and the facilties modern. Sotoris our host was super-helpful and made us feel welcome. Even his 2 cute little cats were friendly! We highly recommend this spot.
