It’s a brand new apartment, super nice and comfortable room, bed, AC. Kitchen facilities are new, balcony is nice, Netflix on tv, network is working well. We loved the place. The place is 2 min walking distance to the most elegant and nice places of town, 7 minute walking away to the town beach.

I stayed in one of the apartments for one night but I wish I could stay longer. The apartment is very new, and comfortable, with all the things that you need and more. It is also located close to the sea with a view from the balcony. In the surrounding you find many resturants as well. Overall, very good experience. Mevra is also very kind and friendly. :)

A fantastic villa which is as luxurious in person as it looks in the photos. Spotlessly clean and every detail has been carefully thought out. Dennis, the host, was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is ideally situated, a 7 minute drive to the nearest resort of Tslivi. There is also a wonderful bakery called Kapos a few minutes walk from the villa. We had a wonderful week’s stay and would highly recommend it to everyone wanting a lovely holiday.

Brilliant apartment! We had the pleasure of being the first guests in this apartment and it was really everything. Very clean, high standard, great location, constant contact with a nice owner who helped us rent a car and told us about the attractions (thank you :)) Market at a distance of 100 m, two parking lots in the distance of 150 m. Sweets and a welcome letter were waiting for us on the spot which was really cute. For interested ladies on site there is a hair dryer, hair straightener, washing machine, dryer and the most important air conditioning. I would choose Evalaila home for the second time! Magda :)

Hosts were very nice and welcoming. There were some fruits from us, local wine, coffee and snacks. Bathroom was well equipped and had everything one can need, including shampoo and soap. The view was breathtaking, we could not get enough of it. Location is perfect- it is in a quite area but still cloae to the main street and everything you need. There was a non stop market five minutes away which makes it very convenient. We will be back.

It was beautifully designed with great gusto, creating a cozy and aesthetically pleasing environment. What truly set this place apart were the amazing hosts, Giannis and Kathrine. Their hospitality went above and beyond my expectations. They welcomed me with a homemade delicious cake, a thoughtful gesture that made me feel right at home. On my departure, they even gave me a ride to the airport and presented me with a lovely gift, adding a personal touch that I deeply appreciated. 🥰 Throughout my stay, Giannis and Kathrine were incredibly responsive, always available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my visit to Zakynthos truly memorable. As this is a new business, there were no comments when I booked, but I am so glad I chose this place. I highly recommend this studio apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable place to stay in Zakynthos Town. It truly felt like a home away from home.
