**** We arrived at this picturesque place near the sea and immediately felt at home. The communication with the hosts was very nice even before we arrived. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The house itself - neat, comfortable and with all the facilities we wanted. The friendliness and helpfulness of Louise and Michael, our hosts. They were thoughtful too and welcomed my visiting family guests too, which was so generous of them. Oh, and a lovely little robin who regularly visited us on the verandah!

2 minutes drive from middle of Milltown Malbay, another 2-3 minutes from the beach in Spanish point and Lehinch maybe 10 minutes away. Brilliant house, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, ideal for families or couples, Noel is very accommodating and very informative about the house and area and offers a very warm welcome. Couldn't recommend it more to be honest, best house I've stayed in for a holiday in a long long time.

We had a very good stay here. The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable, and had a very complete kitchen. There is a town close-by (walking distance) with several pubs and a supermarket. The road to the town may be a bit dark at night, but we were very pleased to find reflective vests that we could use. Mary was very friendly and quick to respond when we contacted here about a change in our arrival time.

We picked this location due to its proximity to both the Cliffs of Moher (about 30 minute drive to the north) and The Burren (about the same to the Northeast). The host provided us with excellent directions to reach the apartment and we were met soon after arrival (we were a few minutes early) with a wonderful gift package of bread, butter and snacks for our stay. The apartment is perfect for a couple, spacious with comfortable beds and all the expected amenities. We especially enjoyed the reclining couch for watching the TV and its included streaming services. Getting to both attractions was easy and there are many other options for sightseeing, eating, drinking and local entertainment. A SuperValu is less than a kilometer away for self-catering and we prepared a lovely steak dinner with local vegetables and wine using the apartment's kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

    Phil (owner of the property) met us when we arrived. She gave a warm welcome and showed us the property and explained about everything within the property (heating system/kitchen appliances and so on). She was lovely lady, available all time with a smiling face to help us in all ways possible. All in all, its a perfect choice for a family with kids.

    Jennifer was so lovely and welcoming, the cottage was just what the doctor ordered, the peace and quiet was just what we needed, fabulous location not far from Milltown malbay,lovely playground for the kids with jack and jill the donkeys in their own paddock,theres everything in the kitchen with a fabulous view, plus the swimming pool as well, totally recommend staying there, looking forward to staying there again in the near future

    It was worth the drive because it got dark and we wanted to explore more the Mather Cliffs the next day. Best price in the area and the condition are more than decent. Warm and cozy and the host really nice. Kitchen with everything you need for cooking
