Helpful host, clear direction. Nice house surrounded by expanse view. Big parking area, easy to find. Big space in additional living area. When we booked, the property clearly state about bathroom. Like the kitchen and dining area is separated. ( can also eat inside kitchen area too) Situated nearby main road but feel solitude, which is nice. Great price & value overall.

The property was amazing, such a lovely modern, well-equipped villa, literally in the middle of nowhere, yet just a ~30 min drive from the closest town! It's rare to say this on Booking, but in reality it is better than what you see on the photos. 10 of us stayed there for 2 nights. Super easy to communicate with the hosts and to get in - there is a lockbox at the door. The villa was squeaky clean, the rooms and beds super comfortable and the kitchen is impeccably equipped with everything you don't even know you might need. The highlight, of course, is the outdoor hot tub, which can comfortably fit 12 people. Watching the northern lights from there was quite literally a life-changing experience. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with, also shared with us a a super helpful information pack about the area and what we can do while we are there. 11/10 would recommend!

It was like a home away from home! An absolutely beautiful setting and so easy to head out to explore the area. It’s so easy to find. The house was fully equipped with all utensils to ensure self- catering was painless. The added bonus of a cupboard and shelf filled with oils and spices made life even easier. The beds were comfy. The rooms spacious. The shower hot. I cannot recommended Sodulsholt enough!

It was the last place for me and my family before leaving Iceland and we are really happy we chose it. The views are amazing, house was comfortable, it was a really warm welcome from host. Also you have chance to meet the horses. Also location is great if you want to visit west part of Iceland
