The apartment is located in a nice part of Sicily and we had an overall pleasant stay, but there were a few important details that future guests should be aware of. Communication with the host was quite difficult, as they did not speak English, which led to some confusion. Entering the apartment was also a challenge – the door was extremely hard to open, and it often took all three of us trying together just to get it unlocked. Although the accommodation wasn’t cheap, one of the bedrooms was locked because it was said to be a "child’s room" – something we weren’t informed about beforehand. Since there were three of us, one person had to sleep on the couch. The bathroom could use some improvement as well – the shower didn’t have a proper showerhead, and the cabin itself was so small it was difficult to move inside. All in all, while the location and basic amenities were fine, a few improvements would make the stay much more comfortable.

Fantastic apartment with a perfect location and a wonderful host! We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would return anytime! Gresi is an incredibly kind, reliable, and accommodating host who made our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment itself is fantastically furnished and leaves nothing to be desired – truly everything you need is available. As experienced travelers, we can confirm that the amenities meet the highest standards. The location is simply unbeatable: only 200 meters to the sea! Destinations like the volcano (approx. 30 km away) and the beautiful Taormina (also approx. 30 km away) are quickly accessible. Whether you're planning a longer stay or a round trip, this apartment is absolutely perfect. Many thanks to the great host for this wonderful experience! Absolutely well-deserved 5 stars!

    We stayed as a family of five for two nights and had a great time. The apartment ist spacious and has everything you need. The front of the flat with the kitchen goes out to a street with bakeries, shops and a busy bar but since all the bedrooms are at the back of the house it is very quiet at night. From the balcony you can see the sea and the etna, we loved that. The host is very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a perfect stay.

    Giovanni is an exceptional host, incredibly helpful. The apartment is huge, equipped with everything you need, close to shops and restaurants. One balcony offers a breathtaking view of Mount Etna, while the kitchen balcony overlooks the sea. From the train station you can easily go to Catania or Taormina. Our vacation was perfect! Thank you, Giovanni, for your hospitality!

    We enjoyed the spacious rooms (kitchen/living room-bedroom-washroom and laundry room) and that the apartment was close, walking distance, to the town center and its various amenities. Moreover, Mariangela, one of the hosts who handed us out the keys, was very nice and helpful. She made herself available through WhatsApp and provided many suggestions. Upon our arrival, Mariangela also left a small bottle of prosecco and some local cookies for us.

    The best place in which I ever stayed. If you are considering other places take this. Extremely helpful and nice owner - Elena is amazing. She left for us in the room coffee, tea, strawberries and wine. Kitchen is fully equipped. Room is very stylish and clean. I am highly recommend this place for holiday. Amazing view for Etna from the rooftop. I am glad that I found this apartment.
