The owner at this apartment homestay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from A-Z. The house were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breathking view of the surrounding and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. It's totally clean and comfy homestay in city centre. We really had a wonderful stay in Kolsai Lake, Kazakhstan. Gently fully refurbished, preserving the new furniture's details and with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Easier to park your car as well. Very kind owner and great value for money. It was right in the heart of famous lake in Kazakhstan. Please don't looking for any homestay anymore if you are in Kolsai Lake area except to choose this homestay. As fully and truly with sincere recommendation, you should select this homestay!! For sure, we will come back again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The house was very modern and well designed. It offered lovely views and was equipped with all the necessary items. A small terrace served as a perfect spot for star gazing and admiring wild nature. The place was very quiet and secluded and at the same time you could reach the main street with shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Great location to discover the area. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Staying here was a truly unique experience, would love to come back one day.

We had a fantastic night at Tulpar Village. The houses are in the garden of the owners home and you become part of their families life for a day. My kids played with their kids, watched when a sheep was slaughtered in the garden and the owner helped us with our laundry. The houses are clean and spacious, there is warm water and breakfast is freshly prepared and tasty. The price is more than fair and the location is great if you want to visit Kolsay or Kaindy lake. Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here. The location, facilities, and hospitality were more than anyone can ask for. I wish I could've spent longer here, and we especially loved spending time with their dog, Akzholtai.
