This place is perfect to unwind and located right beside the beach. They have everything you need inside. Amazing shower and the bed is super comfortable. We met the owner the next morning and he was so kind! If you're in Dunedin definitely drive the extra few minutes to stay here, you won't be disappointed!

The Loft in the historic building is beautifully and modernly furnished. The mix of raw materials and modern furniture and nice accessories give the flat a special charm. We felt very comfortable. Parking directly in front of the house was very convenient. The harbour view and view of the Kiwi Rail tracks were interesting. The city centre with its many historic buildings is within easy walking distance. Following the Street Art Trail is fun. Trips to the Otago Peninsula and Port Chalmers are worthwhile.

Hosts friendly and informative We had two bedrooms, both comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine, clear instructions regarding ventilation. It is a room with no outside wall. We had our own entrance and key. Nice kitchen area with toaster, microwave and kettle. With tea, coffee milk etc kindly provided. This house is on a bus route for those without personal transport. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a pub. We only had one night in Dunedin but an very happy we chose this .

We really like this suite. The style is very unique, the location is excellent, the facilities are perfect, and they are all of high quality. The landlord is also very considerate, not only preparing milk, butter, bread, but also board games and puzzles, as well as free 4K TV channels.     Well service rooms, it was lovely have the room serviced every day and the offer of clean towels. Modern, spacious and had quite a well equipped kitchen Very close to shops which made self-catering easy. Lovely view of the sunrise.

    Everything! The views are spectacular, it’s quiet and peaceful with a lovely verandah surrounded by flowers and trees, but only ten minutes drive from town. Super helpful owner who left the key in a lockbox and didn’t visit or intrude but did respond very quickly and helpfully to an emailed request. Kitchen is great for self catering with all the basics.
