Unassuming house off quiet side street, with individual 'studio apartments' at the back. A few minutes walk from large supermarket and Pan-Am highway (for transport). Lovely, friendly, helpful family owners. Very clean. Locked, gated access and own key to rooms. Excellent wifi/internet/network. Powerpoints situated around the place. Small, compact kitchen, 2 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, few pots, pans, limited crockery/cutlery. Doesn't get too hot, also air-conditioning in room. Multiple payent methods available. Medium sized, comfortable, double bed, bedside table and lamp. Good lighting. Some limited storage, with clothes hangers.

Comfortable room, good bathroom facilities, the kitchen was large and had everything needed to cook. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was simple but fine, nice fresh fruit.
