Amazing hospitality from guests, I was running late and they were trying to get in touch with me to check if everything is OK. When I arrived Najla offered me warm meal and talked with me about Palestine and their culture. They also took me to Baptist church which was an amazing experience. Lovely, authentic accommodation in a peaceful location surrounded by lemon trees. Huge double room with en-suite. Bed very comfortable & perfectly clean. There is a very large kitchen/ sitting room area with Tv & washing machine next door. As a solo traveller I felt very safe there. Exceptional host Soad goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.

There are no words to express the splendid attention we received at the Lotus Boutique Hotel in Bethlehem, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms are 100% beautiful, new, comfortable, pristine clean, excellent wifi, the staff makes you feel at home, they attend to your calls immediately and in the most professional and cordial way. The hotel is located in an area where you find a car park monitored by cameras from the hotel and if you need to buy something there are clothing shops, pharmacies and groceries stores around. 10 minutes walking to Nativity Church but the hotel can arrange a shuttle that can pick you up and drop you off. You can easily rent a car and it is not expensive from 30 dollars a day and the hotel will arrange it for you so that when you arrive you can have it at your disposal. We want to make a special public recognition to Mr. Laith who even before our arrival was attentive to us and made our stay easier, 200/100 points for making us feel safe and happy! I was extremely impressed with the welcoming atmosphere that I received from Mr Solomon and his entire family 👪 I was assisted with all requests for information about planning a visit to Holy sites and charged a fair rate. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Plaza Apartments for its comfortable and spacious rooms, and most of all its cleanliness. The food was absolutely 💯 percent exemplary, beautiful fresh vegetables from Mr Solomon's greenhouse and an invitation from Mr Solomon to tour his wonderful verity of fresh vegetables in the greenhouse. Great place :) Nothing was missing. Owner of the place even ordered me a taxi when I needed it. The place is ~2 km from the city center - quite far from all the tourist spots and is located in the neighborhood of local people. There is no public transport and you either have to walk or travel by taxi, which are quite expensive. But don't give in to stereotypes about Palestine and its people. The people are helpful and everyone speaks some English. Owner very quickly responds to your needs either on whatsapp or through Booking.com messages.
