The apartment was spacious with everything needed. It was clean, bright, and you could immediately feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with really helpful notes. It's perfect for larger groups since there's plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and come back when in Lugano.

The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us.
