Roon was new and fresh. Staf so friendly. Helped about everuthing. Great sercice. Especially Mr Mahmood ready to help anytime.

The main fear for us was the construction work around the hotel, and we were afraid to live in a noisy room. But the noise isolation is really good and we didn't feel ourself nonconformable. There were no problems with waiting for the elevator, as in some high buildings in Batumi. The room is small but very well organized. If you need cooking utensils you should ask the staff. Also it isn't equipped by clothes dryer but I think it's also possible to ask from the staff. The breakfast is good and quite various. Don't forget to order the omelet:)

Another big advantage is that the breakfast lounge was just few steps away from our room which was a great comfort *Very important matter is that during the high season the elevator could get quite busy during the check out time at 12. So better to avoid using it half an hour before or after that time otherwise there won’t be a problem

The accommodation features room service, an ATM and organising tours for guests. It was my greatest choice in my whole trip to Georgia! On the 40th floor of a newly built tower, the whole floor belongs to this hotel and you feel cozy but yet having a panoramic view towards the sea and the town at the same time! If you’re looking for an affordable sea view on a high floor, this is your place!

Room is not big, but for 2 persons more than enough. Host is friendly and been in contact. The elevator didn't have to wait long, so we like our stay.

The bed is very soft, and the kitchen has everything we need, which is ideal for a small family vacation. The location is brilliant – a 10-minute walk to the center, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains in the evening, which was our favorite moment. The host is incredibly warm and communicative – he helped us book a transfer, gave us advice on local restaurants and was always ready to help. We will definitely come back and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants cleanliness, comfort and sincere hospitality.
