The location is peaceful and serene, and it was conveniently close to Cabra Castle, which was the main reason for our visit. The drive in the area is beautiful. The studio itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for our 3-night stay, making it a perfect and comfortable base for our trip.

The Gate Lodge is the perfect blend of classiness without fussiness. The host was very responsive and everso helpful but gave us complete space to ourselves. The garden was private and quiet except for the birds. The kitchen was well equipped for those of us who enjoy cooking. The beds and sofas were very comfy. The showers were powerful. There was nothing I'd have wanted to be any different or could imagine could be improved.

Willow Valley is a recently renovated holiday home in Monaghan, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The holiday home also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We stayed at Willow Valley as a big group of Mam's with kids and were delighted with the facilities. The house is practically brand new, in a lovely quiet location, but also close to Castleblaney. Spotlessly clean. It has a big kitchen-diner area with a lot of seating and any utensils you may need. A big plus for us was a separate games room and a TV room, which meant people could watch TV in peace while others played away in the games room. Welcome hamper was a lovely touch too.
