The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is free parking in the car park below the property, which also houses a mall that includes a supermarket, all of which makes it very convenient. There are a number of restaurants in the mall and also two that are part of the residence. Beds are big and comfy, internet is free and fast, and there is a full kitchen for those who want to make their own meals. We would definitely stay again in Nairobi!

He even suggested a few places to visit nearby. Informed us about all the supermarket and restaurants near by. The TV was loaded with all OTT platforms like Netflix, prime video etc. They made us feel like we were at home.

I was able to pre-order dinner which tasted excellent, and it was lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too hard for my taste and I got a bit of a neck ache unfortunately. And unfortunately there was a construction project on the plot next to the place which was loud in the morning, but it's not their fault, I was just unlucky that the construction was going on during my visit. The apartment was really nice and big. Everything was perfect regarding this hotel. Toom was clean and nice designed. It was possible to play tennis during the day and night. I really recommend this hotel. Staff was really helpful and nice to us. Everything what we needed they managed for us.

You can enjoy a garden view from all the rooms. I always stay at this hotel when in Nairobi. It is a small boutique hotel with very personal service. The breakfasts are amazing. Rooms are comfy, clean and quiet. It feels like a little bit of heaven in Nairobi. The hotel is very safe and everyone is very helpful. I always get them to pick me up at the airport on my arrival and I often hire their car and driver for a day of sightseeing etc. I highly recommend. The dinners are very good, but I do like to go out and try other restaurants when I am in town. The indoor and outdoor pools are lovely, but I rarely use them. I spend my days out in Nairobi seeing the sights or visiting with friends.
