We stayed at the property twice during our NZ trip. The staff was accommodating, and assisted us with our luggage storage while we went on the TransAlpine tour package. It is a 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre. All the three rooms we have stayed had a kitchenettes, with sufficient cooking tools for a light meal. Bed was comfortable.

One of the better motels we've stayed at for 1 night in hanmer, we've stayed in a few. Loveliest hosts and provided towels for the hot pools. Bonus tavern come restaurant right next door and located on main street in hanmer so all amenities close by. Would definitely book again.
