Beachside Apartments A and B are purpose-built apartments located just steps from Kaka Point beach. They both feature a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, toaster, kettle, fridge and coffee machine. The tiled bathrooms have walk-in showers.These apartments are located off-site on the Esplanade and have views across the beach to the ocean. Everything from the location to the quality of the stay, it was by far the best accommodation Ive experienced for a short holiday trip. The fantastic view of the ocean from the large, window entrance brought up the melancholic mood everytime we gazed at it. Laura provided us with the utmost service during our stay with quick responses and understanding of what we requested. The bedding, kitchen equipment and the bathroom was very very clean. I would definitely book again next and recommend 100%

The bed and breakfast with a balcony and sea views features 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. A private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne. The bed and breakfast offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. The suite was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean. A cook your own breakfast was provided each morning. On the counter were eggs and bread. In the fridge there was fruit, juice, yogurt, butter, milk, etc. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The restaurant was only a few minutes drive away. Nugget Point Lighthouse was a short drive from the town. The beach was in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

The studios have fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove top and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Nugget Point Lighthouse from the privacy of their unit or relax in their private, therapeutic, double spa bath. Amazing view of the ocean and the surfers. The heated beds were helpful to make sleep very cozy.

The location and scenery is spectacular. Loved Jack's bay so much. Very quiet and serene at night. Lots of little touches made the stay special - matching and tastefully picked out crockery and cutlery, sharp knives, very comfortable bed with quality linen. Even chip and dip with a bottle of cold bubbles on arrival! Bbq clean and with all the accoutrements - even cleaning wipes. They have thought of everything!! Thank you so much!!

Featuring air conditioning, this unit has a dressing room and a fireplace. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. First and foremost the cleanliness and building maintenance stood out. I was surprised to read that the house is 9 years old as it looks brand new. The facilities are complete and the view from the spa bath is the best we have seen in NZ.
