The location of the hotel is excellent being a part of the mall of the emirates itself. Plus, everything is within 30 minutes by taxi and metro station is just a 5 mins completely air conditioned walk. The room size is good and very clean and the amenities are also very good. The breakfast was very good, with a large spread including continental indian and chinese food. You even got freshly prepared dosa and uttpam. Most important, The service is the highlight of the hotel which was absolutely excellent. Everyone did their best to ensure you were comfortable. Would especially like to call out Sami and Shikha for the great service they provided.

Clean, staff is very polite, nice. Every day we have water, coffe in the room. Pool and lifeguard is very nice, water in the pool is percfet, 29 degrece. We have bus from hotel to beach and Dubai mall and the drivers is excellent! He help soo much. Everything was perfect i recomender at all. Food is excelent, too many diffrent dishes, fruit, sweets... Thany you.
