Special mention must be made to staff at the Club Lounge & Bromo Kafe. Chef Fitri went beyond to extend her services to us. Alfandy, Wanda, Rika, Jojok and the rest of the team really made us feel special. At the Club, Alfian, Pak Wisnu, Pak Arif and team also made us feel like Sheraton.Surabaya is our 2nd home. The gym was sufficiently equipped with the essential items and the room was fabulous! The bed and shower facilities were up to our expectations of an hotel of Sheraton.
