The hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan in a very close proximity to 34 St-Hudson Yards subway station (3 minutes walk) from where one can easily connect to any major line. A small but cosy hotel with basics for a stay in NYC. The most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel (finally, no those thick hot blankets which one usually gets). Nice toiletries.

Excellent hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is very central, with subway stations just around the corner. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Highly recommended!

It is super convenient to get into Manhatten in around 30-40 minutes and a better value alternative to Manhatten hotel prices. The hotel sits at the end of the 7 Line. Nice property. The surrounding area is so-so, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Some great Asian restaurants/bars in the area.

We stayed at the Sheraton visiting New York for our anniversary. The person who checked us in was amazing, she made it really special for us! There was also a day where we were given complementary, fresh popcorn. It was a great experience all round.

Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel was exceptional with it's clean rooms and amazing location in the heart of Soho Manhattan. We had an amazing view facing east during this stay which exceeded our expectations. We did not have breakfast in the hotel room as we on the go and mostly ate at near by cafes or deli's. But I always saw people gathering in the resturant downstairs. Maybe on the next trip we'll check it out!

The location is awesome. It doesn’t get any more happening than 7th Avenue Times Square, and it helps that the Sheraton NY Times Square is located half a block from a subway station. Several tourist attractions including Broadway shows, Central Park, Times Square and the Empire State Building are within walking distance from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. It's perfect for a short stay visit to New York. Convenient location and fabulous helpful staff - a special shout out to Nicole on the front desk, who always made us smile! We had a double room with a king-sized bed which, was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Good location. Comfortable bed. It's a nice hotel in a very convenient location but not really at the standard of cleanliness and professionalism that I expect from a Sheraton.

Sheraton Tribeca delivers on the essentials for a Manhattan stay: excellent location, clean and adequately sized rooms, and smooth operations with minor, forgivable hiccups. The price feels reasonable for the area — steep compared to less bustling cities, but a fair rate for the heart of the Big Apple. It's a straightforward pick for convenience and comfort in the city.

The location was great, short walk to many subway stations. The Sheraton club was helpful for a light breakfast to start the day and happy hour was a nice way to start the evening.
