It was a great stay, the receptionists were very kind and helpful, especially Ramazon. The hotel has a great location and is very complete, and the gym was a pleasant surprise where I found all the equipment to continue doing my workouts.

Orchard Park Shopping Centre is 13 minutes’ drive away. British Columbia Orchard Industry Museum is 15 km from Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport. They were very acomodating .i booked this for my daughter and son in law who got married that day and we needed early check so the groom could dress up there and they gave us early check and also upgraded our room for free for the bride and groom as they were staying the night there .so thank you to their team for making all this happen

Private bathrooms offer a hairdryer and warm showers. Clean, the last hotel I stayed in before this smelled. I would pay more for a clean place anytime.

Guests can also go for a swim in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub or work out in the fitness centre. It was 5 mins from where I needed to be each day. My room was serviced everyday. Meals were great.

Also provided for guests convenience are a tour desk and currency exchange center. One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.
