Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. My stay was pleasant! The employees were extremely kind and helpful. I would like to take a minute to thank Mr. Mamdouh Al Zahrani who is a hard working, friendly and loyal person. As a solo traveler he made me feel safer and looked after my needs more than I expected. I would rate his servce a 10 out of 10. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Shafiq ul Islam who is one of the most dedicated houskeepers that I have came across at any of my stays at different hotels in Makkah. He always has a smile on his face and does a pretty wonderful job. I would rate his cleaning a 10 out of 10. Overall the strength of this hotel are the people and the service they offer.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. I faced a few minor issues during my stay, but the staff handled everything so professionally and helped me in an amazing way. Special thanks to the reception team Samaher, Abdulaziz, Yazan, and Hadeel — they were always polite, professional, and welcoming with a smile. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel 🌟
