From the moment I checked in and every morning attending breakfast, Ms. Ahad went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless, easy, comfortable, and unforgettable experience. Her professionalism, warm customer service, and attention to detail truly stood out. She anticipated my needs before I could even ask, and her genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. It was really clean and staff in 9th floor was so nice and helpful (Mohammed Khair Islam). We had such a great time. The gifts that they give us for welcoming was nice. Reception was cheerful (Semira). Elevator staff was was also nice.
